Уведомления о разрешении выдаются только для заявлений на основе намерения использовать. Уведомления NOA о разрешении не выпускаются для приложений, основанных на использовании.
Если ни одна из сторон не подает возражение или запрос о продлении срока для возражения, ВПТЗ США выпустит уведомление о разрешении примерно через восемь недель после даты публикации знака в Официальном вестнике ВПТЗ США.
Доказательство использования, представленное после выдачи Уведомления о разрешении, называется Заявлением об использовании (SOU).
У заявителя есть до шести месяцев с даты Уведомления о разрешении, чтобы подать SOU или запросить продление на шесть месяцев. Вы можете продолжать подавать запросы на продление каждые шесть месяцев до пяти продлений времени.
